Executive Assistant & Marketing Lead with Household Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual to fill a multifaceted role as an Executive Assistant & Marketing Lead with Household Management. This unique position combines executive-level support, marketing leadership for a non-profit organization, and hands-on household and childcare management. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong background in administrative support, marketing, and family operations. They will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of both the family and the organization.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment, is comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities, and is passionate about making a difference in both professional and personal capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Assistance:

• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements for the employer.

• Organize and manage personal and family records, including medical, financial, and educational documentation.

• Assist with event planning, including coordination of social and professional gatherings.

2. Marketing Lead for Non-Profit:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the mission and programs of the non-profit organization.

• Create and manage content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials to engage and grow the non-profit’s audience.

• Collaborate with partners, sponsors, and community organizations to build relationships and expand outreach opportunities.

• Organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and other initiatives to increase support and visibility for the non-profit.

• Monitor marketing metrics and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders regarding campaign performance.

3. Personal Assistance:

• Handle errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, and deliveries.

• Manage special projects, such as organizing family events, coordinating travel itineraries, and gift purchasing.

• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the family and household.

4. Household Management:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the household, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and smoothly running home.

• Manage household schedules, appointments, and maintenance needs, including vendor coordination and supervision.

• Maintain inventory of household supplies and oversee restocking, purchasing, and budget tracking.

5. Childcare Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.

• Organize and oversee children’s daily routines, including school schedules, extracurricular activities, and playtime.

• Drive children to and from activities from time to time. Vehicle provided.

• Facilitate educational activities, assist with homework, and promote age-appropriate learning and development.

6. Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between family members, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and operations.

• Foster positive relationships with external parties to ensure high-quality service.

7. Flexibility and Adaptability:

• Provide support during family emergencies, unplanned events, or travel requirements.

• Adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
