About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our end-users, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, ticketing system, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Assist with network administration tasks, such as user account management and access control.
Document IT procedures and processes to maintain knowledge base and streamline support.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
A+ certification or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Network+ certification.
Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience with remote support tools.
